Who these are between
These terms are between you and VIHA, registered at [TO BE COMPLETED]. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this site is
A showroom. It shows work VIHA COLLECTIVE makes and invites you to start a conversation about it. Sending an enquiry is not an order and does not commit either of us to anything — it asks us to get in touch.
Photographs, dimensions and finish
Every piece is made to order and finished by hand. Wood grain, stone veining and patina vary between pieces by nature, and a photograph on a screen will never be an exact match for what arrives — that variation is the material, not a fault.
Where a dimension is given it is nominal, with a small tolerance from hand finishing. If an exact size matters to your room, tell us before you order and we will confirm it in writing.
Prices, orders and payment
Nothing can be bought through this site. No prices are published on it, there is no cart or checkout, and it takes no payment of any kind. The only thing you can do here is send an enquiry, and an enquiry commits neither of us to anything.
A commission is agreed with the studio directly. Any price we quote comes to you in writing, and the terms for that commission — what is payable and when, and how a change or cancellation is handled — are set out and confirmed with you before you pay anything. Nothing in those terms removes rights you have under Indian consumer law, including where goods arrive damaged or are not as described.
Our work is ours
The designs, photography, text and the site itself belong to VIHA COLLECTIVE or are used with permission. You are welcome to look, share a link and print a page for your own use. You may not copy the designs or reuse the imagery commercially without our written permission.
Where we stand on liability
We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. The site is provided as it is; we do not promise it will always be available or free of error.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
